Job Description:

  • The Strategic Digital Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing clients' digital processes, identifying opportunities for innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
  • This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Process Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed analysis of clients' digital systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop comprehensive business requirements and specifications for digital projects.
    • Capture and manage user stories.
    • Process documentation and identification of key dependencies.
  2. Solution Design and Development:
    • Collaborate with the technical team to design and develop digital solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
    • Create process models, wireframes, and prototypes.
  3. Project Management and Delivery:
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  4. Data Insights and Analysis:
    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
