About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative team in enhancing user experiences through technology. As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing in-app guidance content such as walkthroughs, tooltips, announcements, and onboarding task lists to support seamless user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging DAP elements including walkthroughs, onboarding task lists, in-app announcements, surveys, and contextual tooltips.
  • Draft content scripts or storyboards with clear instructional text tailored to user roles and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain internal style guides, accessibility best practices, and naming conventions to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Prioritize and plan new content requests based on user needs, feedback, or product changes.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to validate process accuracy and ensure content reflects up-to-date system workflows.
  • Audit and maintain live content to ensure ongoing relevance and performance.
  • Perform thorough quality assurance testing across supported browsers, screen sizes, and user roles.
  • Test logic paths and validate goal tracking.
  • Evaluate content against privacy/security standards and sensitive information exposure.
  • Publish approved content to the correct environment and user segments.
  • Manage visibility rules, auto-play conditions, and content grouping within the DAP menu or launcher interface.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues and assist in post-launch verification.
  • Monitor usage, completion rates, and drop-off points using analytics dashboards.
  • Analyze insights and recommend content improvements.
  • Compile impact reports for stakeholders and governance reviews.
