Digital Transformation Leader

CureMD is seeking an accomplished Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding its online presence, generating high-quality leads, and elevating brand recognition globally.

This senior leadership role involves developing, overseeing, and scaling CureMD's digital marketing operations to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise across SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy to boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility.
  • Overseeing performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content.
  • Leveraging generative AI and machine learning to personalize customer journeys, automate campaign workflows, and enhance audience segmentation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing preferred.
  • 10-12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
