Key Role: Finance and ERP Professional

This is a full-time position that involves working closely with senior management to provide support in professional matters, including meetings, client follow-ups, ERP research, reporting, and strategic projects. The role also entails assisting with financial and operational tasks.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support in attending meetings (in-person & online)
  • Assist in following up with prospects and clients
  • Research ERP functionalities and business solutions
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Oftentimes assist in design and digital tasks
Financial and ERP Support Services
  • Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and client reporting
  • Support ERP system setup, data management, and client onboarding
  • Assist in compliance, internal audits, and SOP development
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (no students)
  • 6 months – 1 year relevant experience
  • Knowledge of accounting & ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & digital tools
  • Strong communication, reliability, and problem-solving skills
  • English fluency (Arabic is an asset)
