Job Title:

Management Accounting Professional

As a Management Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for providing financial assistance to various clients. You will assist in managing end-to-end bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable processes, reconciliations, payroll processing, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client bookkeeping tasks under the supervision of senior team members.
  • Support timely invoicing and payments through effective accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Conduct regular bank account, credit card, and other account reconciliations.
  • Learn and assist with payroll processing tasks for clients.
  • Analyze financial data and support senior accountants in preparing financial statements.
  • Attend client meetings and provide support related to financial matters.

Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or Xero accounting software is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Excel and willingness to develop technical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude are necessary.
