Job Summary:
AR Trakker is looking for a highly motivated and organized Accounts Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Manage financial transactions and reconcile invoices.
- Optimize cash flow through effective credit and debt control.
- Prepare expense reports and verify spreadsheet data.
- Prepare bank deposits with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance procedures.
