The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction estimation processes, including takeoffs, bids, scope changes, and project timelines. They should also be familiar with construction management tools and CRM systems used in construction related projects.

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Client Relationship Management (CRM) within the construction industry is required, with specific knowledge in construction estimation. The candidate should also have experience in managing client relationships and guiding teams in client-facing roles within construction-related projects.

Suitable candidates will possess leadership skills, proven experience in leading teams or acting as a consultant to guide teams through process improvements. They should also have strong ability to mentor and train a team on both technical skills and client relationship management best practices.

The role involves establishing clear processes and workflows for the CRM team to follow, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of client relationships. It also requires providing hands-on training to the CRM team on how to interpret and communicate construction estimation data effectively to clients.

The successful candidate will have exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to clients. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport and trust with both internal teams and external clients.
