About the Role

As a Patient Journey Partner, you will be at the forefront of delivering better outcomes for patients and their communities. This is an exciting opportunity to turn the role of Roche in society upside down, moving from mostly offering world-class medicines towards more partnering, innovating, and leading generative disruption.

You will partner closely with stakeholders directly touching the patient journey, including healthcare professionals, academics, patient advocacy groups, and patients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to connect Roche's capabilities and co-create meaningful solutions.

Your primary focus will be on being the point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, responsible for Roche's products throughout their lifecycle and supporting their appropriate use.

In this role, you will have a broad understanding of your therapeutic area and its respective future pipeline, enabling you to work on future-based solutions. You will also be responsible for removing roadblocks and unlocking possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.

About You
  • You hold a Science degree (MBBS / Pharm D / Dentistry) and have a minimum of 3 years of oncology therapeutic area experience.
  • You have a consistent track record of achieving objectives, collaboration, and team work.
  • You possess strong business acumen, desired expertise in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence.
  • You have a growth mindset and a deep understanding of patient journeys and related treatments in the oncology area, enabling engagement at the specialist level.
