Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of various civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects across our portfolio of hydroelectric plants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience managing projects in the construction or energy industry. You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to successfully deliver projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close out assigned projects
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure project success
  • Provide regular status reports to management on project progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects in the construction or energy industry
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute projects
  • Strong skills in relationship management and collaboration
