">Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Assistance: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and improve overall system performance.
  • System Optimization: Develop and implement efficient scripting, programming, and debugging techniques to enhance system reliability.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in application support engineering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Technical/Application Support Engineer or similar role.
  • OS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic to intermediate technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication (both written and verbal).
  • Scripting and Programming: Understanding of scripting, programming, and debugging.
  • Programming Languages: Familiarity with Java and Node.js.
  • Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
