About The Position

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team for a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will report to the Management. They will manage and coordinate all aspects of accounting and will be responsible for conducting high-level analysis of revenue, credit, expenses and overhead. If you are highly detail-oriented and capable of analyzing data with creativity and innovation in mind, we want to hear from you

What You'll Be Working On
  • - Assisting in the closing process - Recording and posting closing information.
  • - Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and management reports.
  • - Detailed analysis of monthly, quarterly & annual financial results.
  • - Bank payments and reconciliations
  • - Tax returns with IRS, HMRC & CRA.
  • - Processing of customer billing and vendor invoices and employees expense reports.
  • - Work closely with the line manager and other senior members of the company.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years' relevant experience
  • Qualified Professional Accountant from ACCA/CIMA/ICMA
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, using excel vlookup and pivot tables in data analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
