Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients in North American and European markets.
  • Negotiate and close high-value global business deals across multiple time zones, focusing on SaaS and technology contracts.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and data-driven strategies, maintaining a minimum of 50+ weekly contacts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline documentation with 3:1 conversion ratio accuracy to ensure optimal performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international market expansion, leveraging insights from performance analytics.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of international sales experience (BPO sales or client acquisition background preferred).
  • Professional English fluency (C1/C2 level) with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • Full availability for night shift schedule (Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, with strong client management capabilities.
