Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our team in managing real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas or regions. This role requires driving business growth and expansion, as well as conducting client visits and demonstrations to secure impactful deals and establish strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage real estate agencies' portfolios within assigned areas or regions, focusing on business growth and expansion.
Conduct client visits and demonstrations to secure impactful deals and foster long-term partnerships.
Achieve revenue growth targets as per regional business plans, analyzing market trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities.
Effectively manage tasks and track key performance indicators (KPIs) within the CRM for the assigned portfolio.
Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive portfolio growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by handling client queries and issues promptly.
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office Suite, utilizing tools for effective communication and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a solid foundation in sales principles and practices.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success and adaptability.
A reliable laptop, mobile device, and internet access are essential for remote work arrangements.
