We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our institution as a Stock Officer. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage stock effectively and maintain accurate records.

This role is responsible for the daily management of stock, including receiving, storing, issuing and controlling stock movements. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels, reducing waste and minimizing stockouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control stock levels to meet business requirements
  • Receive, store and issue stock in accordance with established procedures
  • Monitor and report on stock movements and levels
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
