We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth onboarding of business clients, facilitating their understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, addressing their concerns and queries, and building strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand services with current clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to suggest areas of service improvement and business growth.
- Track and report key business development metrics, maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions, deals, and opportunities in the CRM.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Urdu, and Arabic (spoken and written).
Prior Experience: Business development, B2B sales, or client management experience preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with business decision-makers.
New Business Deals: Demonstrated ability to develop and close new business deals.
Digital Platform: Ability to quickly learn and explain a digital platform to business clients.
Client Needs: Understanding of business clients' needs and recommending solutions that add value.
Service Quality: Passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term business relationships.
