Building Management System Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead the implementation of building management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics/electrical engineering and experience working with building management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site assessments of client sites, including complete HVAC assessments.
  • Calculate system design requirements, supervise physical installation of DDC panels and integration of equipment with BMS.
  • Operational knowledge of HVAC equipment is mandatory, including TR calculations and system integration workflow.
  • Hands on experience with BMS OEM and relevant software's such as Schneider Ecostruxture & Workplace tech tool, Johnson Controls Metasys, Honeywell System Engineering tool will be considered an advantage.
  • Installation & troubleshooting of BMS GUI/software including BACnet objects and properties such as alarm classes, notifications, segmentation, BACnet routing & APDU segmentation is required.
  • Ability to travel whenever required.
  • Working knowledge of Network and Communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, Profibus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment including working remotely.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Electronics/Electrical or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 Years
