US E-Commerce Growth Strategist

Job TitleWe are seeking an experienced E-commerce Professional to lead the end-to-end operations and strategic growth of our online sales in the US.
- This includes managing product research, sourcing, listing optimization, marketing campaigns, order management, and performance analysis across multiple platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize US-based accounts on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Shopify.
- Conduct product and market research tailored to US consumer trends.
- Coordinate product sourcing, packaging, and shipping with vendors.
- Create high-converting product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and enhanced content.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings, etc.).
- Monitor performance metrics: sales, inventory, reviews, returns, and platform account health.
- Analyze reports and data to inform pricing, ad spend, and growth strategy.
- Stay current with platform-specific policies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing Amazon and at least one of the following: eBay, Etsy, Walmart, or Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of listing optimization, keyword research, and e-commerce SEO.
- Experience with advertising tools (e.g., Amazon PPC, eBay Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with accountability.
