Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining market position through strategic business development and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and propose potential business deals by networking with partners and exploring market opportunities.
  • Deal Evaluation: Assess potential deals by analyzing market strategies, financials, and risks; prioritize options; recommend strategic investments.
  • Negotiation Strategy: Develop negotiation positions by examining integration of new ventures with company operations; analyze risks and potentials; estimate partner needs and goals.
  • Contract Management: Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrate contract terms with business operations.
  • Confidentiality: Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Professional Growth: Stay updated on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Reputation Enhancement: Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for new requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
