Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customized CRM and workflow system implementation. This role will collaborate closely with leadership and teams to map business processes, identify bottlenecks, and deliver scalable solutions that cater to growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current business processes and team workflows to pinpoint areas of improvement.
  • Recommend and implement the right CRM solution tailored to specific needs.
  • Design automated processes for repetitive tasks in sales, HR, client management, and reporting.
  • Establish clear documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for system usage.
  • Train team members to effectively adopt and maximize new tools.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and are scalable for future growth.
Expected Deliverables (by 3–6 months)
  • A fully functional, customized CRM tailored to operations.
  • Documented workflows and SOPs across departments.
  • Automated processes that reduce manual effort and errors.
  • Trained team members who can independently run and maintain systems.
  • Dashboard/reporting tools to provide leadership with real-time visibility into performance.

This is a Contract/Consultant position requiring 3-6 months of commitment. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.
