
Sales and Relationship Development Specialist

We are currently seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business opportunities through cold/warm calling and build strong client relationships.
- Execute daily outbound calls and customized emails utilizing sales enablement tools.
- Arrange face-to-face client meetings with key decision-makers.
- Implement a strategic sales approach to build an active book of business.
- Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to provide clients with suitable candidates.
- Meet and exceed weekly sales and recruiting activity metrics.
- Foster strong client relationships by following up on client expectations.
- Identify quality contacts and accounts aligned for our platform and create a sales pipeline.
- Maintain the first point of contact for potential clients while executing marketing and sales tactics.
Basic Requirements – Skills & Abilities
- Ability to collaborate across various divisions and foster cooperation.
- Resolve issues in an effective manner.
- Excellent PC skills accompanied by exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Proven competitor sourcing and relationship building capabilities.
- Familiarity with employment laws.
- Experience in recruitment for diverse types of profiles.
- Skills in record keeping and database management.
