Cold Caller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Cold Caller. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing initial contact with potential real estate clients, generating leads, and fostering strong relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential real estate leads from provided lists.
  • Introduce services and offerings in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and leads.
  • Ask qualifying questions to understand prospect's real estate needs.
  • Document lead details and input them into our CRM system.
  • Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance goals.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding lead quality and call scripts.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with real estate or willingness to learn about the industry.
  • Ability to work during USA business hours.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry.
