We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion for our organization.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise and SMB partnerships, fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with our Product and Creative teams to tailor solutions for businesses, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
- Track performance metrics and optimize the sales process to hit targets, consistently delivering results-driven outcomes.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Proven track record of closing deals with SMBs or enterprises, demonstrating a hunter's mindset and relationship-building skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to pitch at all levels and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Experience with sales pipelines, CRMs, and structured outbound strategies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability and speed are paramount.
- Experience selling SaaS platforms or digital ecosystems.
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategy for marketplaces or B2B2C products.
- Familiarity with creator economy, AI, or tech-driven industries.
