Senior Human Resources Director

About the Role

The Senior Human Resources Director will be responsible for leading and developing HR strategies to support business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to join our organization and make a significant impact.

This role requires a high level of expertise in HR, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with experience in recruitment, training, and development.

  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer benefits programs to ensure compliance and optimal value.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Additionally, relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI are highly valued.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP or HRCI highly valued.
