Job Title

Strategic HR Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Policy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to drive business excellence.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate fit, and onboard new team members while ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Performance Management: Design and deliver performance appraisals, probation completion sessions, and salary reviews to optimize individual and team performance.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee the work of junior HR resources, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
  • Motivation and Conflict Resolution: Foster a positive work environment by checking performance, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts among team members or personnel.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Initiate and manage disciplinary actions through fair investigations, upholding company policies and procedures.
  • Exit Interviews and Succession Planning: Conduct thorough exit interviews to identify areas for improvement and develop contingency plans for new joiners and existing workforce.
