Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Designer to lead the creation of intuitive and seamless user experiences for our products.


Main Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough user research to gain valuable insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
  • Develop navigation structures and hierarchies to enhance user understanding and efficiency.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the core design team to ensure consistency across user interfaces and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
  • Apply UX principles to create user-centered designs.
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong portfolio showcasing skills and design thinking process.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools.
  • An empathetic approach to understanding user needs and incorporating that understanding into design solutions.
  • A good understanding of accessibility and visual design principles.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with design systems and its components maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of microcopy and UX writing.
Requirements:
  • Mid-Senior level designer.
  • Full-time position in Engineering and Information Technology.
