Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Associate

Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Associate.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and service processes, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service. They should also have experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously and possess strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with clients to identify prospects, cultivate leads, and deliver field service transformation projects.
- Become a thought leader in the industry by building collateral and content to differentiate our services.
- Build and manage teams, advise clients on best practices, and ensure quality on projects.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in consulting or industry roles, with at least 6 years consulting in CRM technologies and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM.
- Hands-on experience with CRM 2011 (OnPrem) and deep functional understanding of sales and service processes.
- Strong project management skills and experience selling consulting professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Experience writing white papers or other industry-focused content.
- Knowledge of digital tools such as IOT, augmented reality, and generative AI.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
