About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Operations Coordinator based in Lahore. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in day-to-day tasks related to sales operations, customer service, and ensuring seamless sales processes.
Sales Process Management
- Manage sales activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Country Sales Manager (CSM) Support
- Assist the Country Sales Manager (CSM) in preparing contracts, proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up on proposals prepared by the CSM and coordinate with clients accordingly.
- Support the CSM in bidding processes and complete assigned tasks.
Reporting and Record Keeping
- Maintain records of sales transactions, customer inquiries, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals as needed.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management.
Clients and Communication
- Handle client queries regarding certification services and processes.
- Evaluate and improve communication with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
Administrative Support
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, meetings, and documentation.
- Maintain documentation of contracts, bids, and presentations for easy access.
Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales coordination and sales operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- Effective presentation skills for creating impactful sales materials.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the certification or inspection industry is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
