Job Description:
The Hiring Manager is responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources administration, focusing on recruitment, employee onboarding, training, benefits management, and record keeping.

This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, facilitating employee onboarding and orientation, organizing training programs, managing employee benefits and rewards, and maintaining HR records in accordance with company policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely hiring decisions.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, including training and development programs.
• Oversee benefits management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies, aligning with business objectives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources administration, with a focus on recruitment and employee onboarding.
Skills:">Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and record keeping.
Proficiency: In Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
