Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This full-time, onsite position involves working closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top-tier technology talent.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and talent databases
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial HR/interview assessments for technical roles
  • Coordinating and scheduling technical interviews with relevant departments
Key Responsibilities:

This position involves key responsibilities including partnering with department leads to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements, creating and posting detailed job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, providing regular hiring status updates, supporting employer branding and tech community outreach initiatives, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

This role requires excellent organizational and time-management abilities, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT or software industry
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies including Frontend & Backend Development, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, Databases, QA, UI/UX, Cybersecurity, and IT Support
  • Ability to assess candidate technical skills and cultural fit
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
