About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to work in country program management, overseeing the implementation of projects and ensuring they meet donor requirements and organizational policies. The successful candidate will have experience in program design and evaluation, preferably in developing countries or resource-deprived environments.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and developing monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure quality program implementation and reporting.
  • Providing guidance to program staff to ensure successful implementation and reporting of programs, grants, and contracts.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying issues that may affect program performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Coordinating the production of grant program-related documents and responding to donor inquiries.
  • Sourcing donor meetings for the Country Director and assisting field programs when needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in cross-cultural environments.
