We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities- i. Ensure the successful execution of sales-related activities, leveraging advanced administrative skills.
- ii. Analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- iii. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain detailed records.
- iv. Verify bookings by confirming customer information and payment details.
- v. Communicate effectively with sales teams via phone or email to answer queries and obtain booking information.
- vi. Maintain and update comprehensive sales and customer records.
- vii. Compile monthly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- viii. Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry software such as ERP systems.
