As a Human Resources Manager, you play a crucial role in maintaining a productive work environment.
Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording, maintaining, and monitoring employee attendance to ensure punctuality.
- In addition, the HR Manager will handle full and final settlements of employees.
- This position requires excellent communication skills to explain HR policies to employees.
- The successful candidate will prepare and submit relevant HR documents as per employee requirements.
- Maintenance of accurate HR records, including compensation, health, and medical insurance data, is also essential.
- This role involves training new or existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- The HR Manager will process timely distributions of salary, bonus, increment, salary slips, leave encashment, and full and final settlements.
- Moreover, resolving employee grievances and queries is an important aspect of this role.
- Frequent engagement with employees helps understand motivation levels within the organization.
- A minimum bachelor's degree in Human Resources (16 years of education) is mandatory for this position.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience are preferred.
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in using MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
