We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR

policies, employee benefits, and payroll systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the full hiring

lifecycle, employee time tracking, and internal HR software operations to ensure a compliant

and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute full cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding).

Develop, implement, and regularly update company HR policies and employee

handbooks.

Prepare and update Job Descriptions in collaboration with team leads.

Manage employee benefits, appraisals, and engagement programs.

Monitor employee attendance and manage leave tracking through HR software.

Coordinate monthly payroll processing in collaboration with the accounts team.

Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and ensure compliance with company

policies.

Handle grievance procedures and resolve employee concerns professionally.

Prepare reports for management using HR software.

Assist in training and development planning for new and current employees.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field.

2–3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a service-based company.

Hands-on experience with attendance and HR software.

Knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
