Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the development and commercialization of products within General / Gynaecology / Paeds therapeutic areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, launch plans, and product lifecycle management initiatives.

  • Develop and execute product launch plans for new products, including market research, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with R&D teams to ensure timely and effective development of new products from ideation to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and successful product registrations.
  • Plan and manage product lifecycle management, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient groups to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product training and promotional programs.
  • Monitor and report on product performance using data-driven insights to optimize product strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 4–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Strong understanding of General / Gynaecology / Paeds therapeutic areas and the commercial market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to interpret clinical trial data and medical literature.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and forecasting.
