Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive inventory of IT assets and fixed property.
  • Track asset movement, including allocation, transfer, reassignment, and disposal.
  • Ensure accurate tagging and labeling of all assets for efficient tracking and identification.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement department to receive, inspect, and record newly acquired assets.
  • Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile inventory records with actual assets.
  • Generate detailed reports on asset utilization, condition, and lifecycle status.
  • Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting for asset procurement and replacement cycles.
  • Work closely with the Administration team to ensure accurate asset documentation and support troubleshooting as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in fixed asset management, preferably in an IT or tech-centric environment.
  • Hands-on experience with asset management software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
