Administrative Specialist (HR)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Administrative Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing critical support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various processes.

  • Support the HR team in managing day-to-day operations, including email correspondence and record-keeping.
  • Manage company accounts, including Hubstaff and Hubspot, by adding new users, deleting inactive ones, and addressing technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of team members and handle data entry with precision.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on HR-related metrics.
  • Organize electronic documents related to HR, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Forms, and Canva.
