Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to contribute to the strategic development and execution of our brand portfolio. This role's primary focus is on executing brand strategy, campaign management, and creative ideation with the goal of building long-term brand equity, trust, and recognition.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creative vision, analytical prowess, and strong collaboration skills to support brand growth, enhance market positioning, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a proven ability to translate market insights into compelling brand strategies and effectively manage integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

This role involves managing both day-to-day branding operations and contributing to long-term brand evolution while collaborating extensively across Sales, Product, and Regional Teams. The Brand Manager will report to the Head of Marketing or a Senior Brand Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Brand Management & Strategy: Support the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand awareness and market share.
  • Creative Direction & Content Oversight: Assist in driving creative direction and overseeing content development for all brand communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, OOH, PR, events) for new product launches and existing brand initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in brand management, product marketing, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of contributing to and executing successful brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
