Job Title: Corporate Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Company Registration: Assist with registration of companies with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Statutory Filing: Prepare and submit annual and event-based statutory forms to regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
  • Corporate Governance: Provide support in drafting and reviewing documents related to company governance, including partnership deeds, authority letters, and board resolutions.
  • Financial Management: Assist with preparation of financial statements, including audited and unaudited reports, and filing with regulatory authorities.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all companies under our management are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and resolve any objections or issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with government authorities, such as SECP, BOI, and MOI, to facilitate smooth communication and resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate operations, law, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
