Environmental Policy Advisor

A Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that a company's policies and procedures are implemented effectively. The role involves planning, arranging and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The officer will also develop audit reports and meeting minutes, as well as corrective action plans for customers. Additionally, they will handle customer queries and software, prepare presentations for customers on various topics, and develop company policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing audit reports and meeting minutes;
- Developing corrective action plans for customers;
- Filling out customer questionnaires and performinga's;
- Preparing presentations for customers on various topics;
- Handling customer queries and software;
- Developing company policies and procedures;
- Preparing customer profiles;
- Implementing customer COCs;
- Conducting risk assessments;
- Coordinating with other departments for customer queries;
- Leading the environmental monitoring team;
- Intimating customer audits and reports to relevant stakeholders;
- Handling external social / ethical / certification / fire & safety / technical audits;
- Coordinating with audit firms and auditors to plan and arrange audits;
- Preparing documentation for customers as per their requirements.
Requirements:
QualificationsMSc Environmental Sciences or equivalent qualification;
Certified Lead Auditor in QMS and EMS;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Ability to read, write, and type in both Urdu and English;
Drafting skills.
