The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated and educated individual who seeks to enhance their engineering skills and transition into a management position. With a strong background in engineering, they will be responsible for overseeing the production process with efficiency, ensuring key performance indicators are met.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the production process to ensure efficient operations and adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement production schedules based on average throughput time per grade of the batch.
  • Maintain the plant's equipment, including heat exchangers, cooling towers, and reactors, to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Utilize thorough engineering skills to provide suggestions to the plant manager for improving the production process.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety standards are maintained within the production area.

In terms of experience, we require:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience for candidates holding a DAE in Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology or Applied Chemistry.
