About this Role

This position plays a vital part in enabling the Information and Digital Technology team to deliver business systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based productivity tools.

The successful candidate will drive the delivery of IT transformation initiatives, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enhancements to boost the performance and reliability of our business systems and employee experience.
  • Employ creative problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues, ensuring open communication with all stakeholders.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of organizational data and the significance of internal business systems in delivering accurate and reliable data.
  • Provide expert technical guidance on solution implementation.
  • Pursue opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Operate effectively within an Agile framework, coordinating tasks, updating stakeholders, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in business process analysis and technology-enabled automation.
  • Balance competing stakeholder priorities across multiple delivery cycles.
  • Evaluate AI-driven solutions to enhance back-office operations and employee experience.
