Job Overview:

The Finance and Administrative Officer will play a critical role in maintaining the organization's financial health and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, accounting, and administration, with experience in coordinating financial and operational contract management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the accounting and finance components of the program.
  2. Establish financial management systems, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  3. Coordinate program tendering and procurement activities and advise the program team on financial health.
  4. Maintain financial controls and procedures for fund management and sub-awards/contracts.
  5. Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and projections.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in international donor-funded development projects.
