Senior Automotive HR Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our human resources function and drive strategic initiatives that align with our company goals.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international automotive company, collaborating with a global team to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
The successful candidate will possess expertise in HR leadership, with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement processes.
- Lead performance management, training & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, serving as a strategic partner to management for workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional.
- Mandatory background in the automotive industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
