Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels in recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, and HR compliance. You will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent in the automotive export industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee training, development, and career growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment practices
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations & performance management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration or related field
