Key Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager for the Health & Beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving market share, and developing strong vendor relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Conduct business reviews with key accounts to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Product Listings: Ensure product listings are always up to date with seamless integrations.
  • Key Account Content Management: Manage and optimize Key Account content on the Naheed platform.
  • Promotion Planning: Plan and execute promotions to maximize sales.
  • Order Cancellations: Monitor & update order cancellations weekly to improve stock accuracy.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work with supply chain teams for accurate demand forecasting.
  • Invoice Processing: Raise invoices and settle discounts/promotion budgets with brands.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales, performance analysis, and vendor insights.
  • Account Management Reports: Provide account management reports to track progress and improve vendor performance.
