At TSS, we are seeking a seasoned financial professional to support our daily operations and month-end closings. As a key team member, you will manage intercompany cost accruals, process vendor payments, update management accounts, and drive continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reporting in-line with accounting guidelines.
  • Prepare cost accruals and management accounts.
  • Process vendor payments towards customers and assist in invoicing.
  • Assist controllers on their day-to-day tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives including standardization of processes.

Your typical day at work will involve:

  • Monthly cost accruals for books as per guidance from controllers.
  • External vendor payments and reconciliation of pass-through costs.
  • Intercompany reconciliations along with reporting as per guidelines.
  • Assist in sourcing process to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
  • Manage communications and provision required information to external auditors.
  • Coordinate annual audit and quarterly review activities.
  • Cross-team support in delivering daily tasks.
  • Sanity check of forecast before submission.
  • Driving process standardization across the organization.
  • Reporting to line management on overall performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring documentation and updating of SOPs.
  • Bringing in operational efficiencies in daily tasks.
  • Managing ad hoc projects and tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • ACCA/ACMA/CA/MBA Finance
  • Understanding of IFRS
  • 3+ years' experience in Accounting or Finance preferably in a multinational environment
  • Experience in accounting and financial systems along with process improvement/automation
  • Strong analytic, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and/or automation
