Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative professional to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data management, filing, and document organization.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as required.
- Assist with preparing documents and presentations.
- Manage correspondence and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience as an administrative professional or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
