
Business Document Administrator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing company documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and secure document storage.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare Material Submittals (MAS)
- Develop Project Qualification Documents (PQDs)
- Coordinate Tender Documentation with internal departments
- Create Project Cash Flows for awarded projects
- Manage GP Entries and oversee Project Validation
- Access portals, download, and upload clarifications, and make tender submissions
- Provide documentation-related support to the proposal team
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
- Support project teams with document formatting, scanning, and administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy in document handling
- Strong time management, prioritization, and coordination abilities
