About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing company documents, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and secure document storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Material Submittals (MAS)
  • Develop Project Qualification Documents (PQDs)
  • Coordinate Tender Documentation with internal departments
  • Create Project Cash Flows for awarded projects
  • Manage GP Entries and oversee Project Validation
  • Access portals, download, and upload clarifications, and make tender submissions
  • Provide documentation-related support to the proposal team
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project documentation.
  • Support project teams with document formatting, scanning, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy in document handling
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and coordination abilities
