Kitchen Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing kitchen teams and ensuring high-quality food production. They will be responsible for developing and implementing new menus, training and managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.

  • Develop and design new menus that showcase our restaurant's unique culinary style
  • Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
  • Monitor portion control to minimize waste and maintain consistent quality

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for culinary arts and excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team. They should also have in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

This role requires someone who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. In addition, they must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
