UAPP is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and expansion in the higher education sector.

This is a full-time, on-site role that requires a strong understanding of international student recruitment and a proven track record in sales and business development within the education industry.

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at UAPP, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with UAPP's business goals. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage their performance, and provide guidance to help them meet individual and collective targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with UAPP's business goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet individual and collective targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Crm Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, monitor progress, and improve sales performance.
  • KPI Tracking: Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and office targets to ensure business growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, students, and partners to foster long-term business success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and insights to the Regional Director (Pakistan) and the Sales & Marketing Director (London).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing and growing sales teams in the HEI (Higher Education Institutions) sector.
  • Strong understanding of international student recruitment and higher education processes.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A network with local schools, universities, and education stakeholders is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
